Jayapura — A prominent Papuan youth figure, Gifli Buiney, expressed his full support and appreciation for the performance of the Damai Cartenz Task Force (Satgas Ops Damai Cartenz), which continues to uphold the law and maintain security stability in Papua. According to him, the task force’s presence has had a positive impact on creating a safe and conducive public security situation, Wednesday (November 12, 2025).
In his statement, Gifli Buiney emphasized that the actions taken by Satgas Damai Cartenz demonstrate strong commitment in protecting the public and enforcing the law firmly yet professionally.
“I fully support the efforts of Satgas Damai Cartenz in enforcing the law against groups that still oppose the government and those with ideologies contrary to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI),” he said.
He further stated that the role of security forces is vital in maintaining order and providing a sense of safety for the people of Papua.
“I express my appreciation to all members of Satgas Damai Cartenz who have worked with dedication and professionalism to safeguard peace and security in Papua,” he added.
Gifli also hoped that the enthusiasm and integrity of all Satgas Damai Cartenz personnel would continue to be upheld in carrying out their duties in the field.
“I hope Satgas Ops Damai Cartenz continues to uphold professionalism in enforcing the law so that Papua remains safe and peaceful. Safe Papua, peaceful Papua, Papua for all of us,” he concluded.
His statement reflects the moral support of the Papuan community for the government and law enforcement efforts to maintain national unity and strengthen peace throughout Papua.
