Sugapa, Intan Jaya – Personnel of the Task Force Operation Peace Cartenz 2026 distributed food assistance to local residents while conducting security patrols at vital public facilities in Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency, on Saturday (July 18, 2026). The activity, led by Tower Post Commander Second Police Inspector (Ipda) Andriansyah Umar, S.M., was combined with community engagement sessions at several locations across the district.
A warm and friendly atmosphere marked the activity as personnel greeted residents, held open discussions, and personally handed over food packages to community members. In addition to providing basic necessities, officers shared public security messages and encouraged residents to maintain unity and work together in fostering a safe and peaceful environment.
Following the humanitarian activity, personnel continued their patrol by visiting Bank Papua and the Sugapa Community Health Center (Puskesmas Sugapa), two essential public service facilities in the district. Their presence aimed to ensure that public services could continue safely while providing reassurance to both residents and frontline service personnel.
The patrol was carried out through a human-centered approach, emphasizing communication, mutual respect, and positive interaction with community members and staff at every location visited. The operation concluded with a personnel consolidation at the preparation post before returning to base.
