Sinak — Efforts to maintain security stability while building closeness with the community continue to be carried out by the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation Task Force. On Wednesday (5/6/20206), Cartenz Peace Operations Task Force personnel carried out dialogical patrol activities as well as humanist activities to share food and fun with the community in Sinak District.
This activity is not only focused on the aspect of law enforcement, but also part of the Indonesian National Police’s persuasive approach in creating a sense of security and comfort for the Papuan people. Personnel greet residents directly, dialogue, and give snacks as a form of concern for the condition of the local community.
Head of Cartenz 2026 Peace Operations, Inspector General. Pol. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that the humanist approach is one of the main strategies in the implementation of operations.
“In addition to law enforcement, we also put forward a humanist approach as an effort to build public trust. The presence of personnel in the community must be able to provide a sense of security as well as be a solution to the social needs of citizens,” he said.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Cartenz Peace Operations 2026, Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., added that dialogic patrols will continue to be improved as a preventive measure in keeping the kamtibmas situation conducive.
“We continue to encourage personnel in the field to actively interact with the community. With good communication, the potential for security interference can be detected earlier and prevented before it develops,” he explained.
The Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation Task Force ensures that patrol activities and social actions will continue to be carried out sustainably in vulnerable areas. The synergy between security forces and the community is expected to be able to create a safe, peaceful, and conducive situation in Papua.
