Jayapura – Personnel of the Operasi Damai Cartenz 2026 Task Force continue to prioritize a humanistic approach in maintaining public security and order in Paniai Regency, Papua Tengah. One of these efforts is realized through dialogic patrols conducted on Friday (February 27), targeting several areas considered vulnerable.
During the patrols, personnel not only monitored the situation but also engaged directly in dialogue with local residents. Through open and persuasive communication, officers delivered public security messages and encouraged the community to actively participate in keeping their environment safe and conducive. This approach is expected to strengthen relations between security personnel and the community while enhancing early detection of potential security disturbances.
Head of Operasi Damai Cartenz 2026, Faizal Ramadhani, emphasized that dialogic patrols are a preventive measure that prioritizes a humanistic touch in every task carried out.
“These dialogic patrols are not merely about the presence of officers on the ground, but about how we build good communication with the community. Through a humanistic approach, we want to ensure that people feel safe, protected, and involved in maintaining shared security,” he said.
In the same vein, Deputy Head of Operasi Damai Cartenz 2026, Adarma Sinaga, stressed that sustainable security can only be achieved through synergy between security forces and the community.
“We prioritize dialogue, listen directly to the aspirations of residents, and invite the community to actively provide information if there are potential public security threats. With harmonious communication, a safe and orderly situation can be continuously maintained,” he explained.
The Operasi Damai Cartenz 2026 Task Force affirmed that routine patrols and other preventive measures will continue to be intensified, particularly in vulnerable areas, to ensure that community activities can proceed safely, smoothly, and with a strong sense of comfort.
