Timika — Entering the month of December, a season filled with warmth and compassion, and approaching the end of 2025, personnel of the Public Relations Unit of the Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force carried out a social outreach by distributing food packages to residents in need. The activity took place at several points around Timika City on Wednesday morning (26/11).
During the outreach, Briptu Santriawan and Bripda Annisa Mahardika directly handed over assistance in the form of rice to local residents. In addition to food packages, the task force also distributed Indonesian flags to children as a symbol of national pride. Joy and enthusiasm were clearly visible on their faces as they received the flags, reflecting their sense of pride and love for Indonesia.
The Head of Cartenz Peace Operation 2025, Brigjen Pol. Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that the initiative is part of efforts to maintain security through a humanistic approach.
“We aim to be present for the community by easing their daily needs while strengthening the bond between security personnel and the public,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of the Operation, Kombes Pol. Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that similar activities will continue to be carried out consistently.
“This program is expected to foster a spirit of togetherness and national pride among the community, especially the children of Papua,” he noted.
The Cartenz Peace Operation Task Force hopes that this outreach will bring real benefits and help create a safe, harmonious atmosphere filled with unity as Christmas and New Year 2026 approach.
