Jayapura — Papuan community leader Timotius Mauri has expressed his full support for the Operation Peace Cartenz Task Force, which continues to enforce the law against armed groups that oppose the government in Papua.
In his remarks delivered in Jayapura on Friday (14/11), Timotius Mauri emphasized his endorsement of every step taken by the Peace Cartenz Task Force to maintain security stability and create a peaceful environment for the community.
“As part of the Papuan community, I express my full support for the Operation Peace Cartenz Task Force. I also appreciate their law enforcement efforts against groups that still oppose the government,” Timotius said.
He noted that the professionalism of the Peace Cartenz Task Force has had a positive impact, reflected in the increasingly conducive security conditions across several regions.
Timotius hopes that the Operation Peace Cartenz Task Force will continue to work with dedication, uphold a human-centered approach, and maintain their commitment to realizing a safe, peaceful, and prosperous Papua.
