Jayapura — A Papuan community leader, Timotius Mauri, has expressed his full support for the Operation Peace Cartenz Task Force in their efforts to enforce the law against armed groups opposing the government in Papua.
In his statement delivered in Jayapura on Friday (14/11), Timotius Mauri reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the measures taken by the Peace Cartenz Task Force in maintaining security stability and fostering peace across the Land of Papua.
“As a Papuan, I express my full support for the Operation Peace Cartenz Task Force. I also extend my gratitude to the Task Force for enforcing the law against groups that oppose the government,” Timotius stated.
He added that the hard work and professionalism demonstrated by the Peace Cartenz personnel deserve appreciation, as they have contributed significantly to creating a more conducive situation in various regions of Papua.
Timotius hopes that the Peace Cartenz Task Force will continue to perform their duties with professionalism, a human-centered approach, and unwavering commitment to ensuring that Papua remains safe, peaceful, and prosperous.
