Wamena – Members of the Damai Cartenz Task Force (Satgas), Ipda Tri Waluyo and Ipda Amelia Mega, showed their closeness to the community in Wamena through activities full of familiarity and togetherness. In that moment, they interacted with local residents, including children, with warmth and a sense of brotherhood.
In this visit, Ipda Tri Waluyo and Ipda Amelia Mega wore the typical attributes of the local community as a form of respect for the local culture. This activity received a positive response from the residents, who were seen enthusiastic to take pictures and talk to the members of the National Police.
The Cartenz Peace Task Force continues to strive to strengthen relations with the Papuan people through a humanist approach. It is hoped that this harmonious interaction can further increase public trust in the security apparatus and create a safe and conducive situation in the Wamena region.
