The Head of the Elelim Tribe of Yalimo Regency, Musa Nare, reminded the importance of maintaining security stability ahead of the simultaneous Regional Elections on November 27, 2024. Musa Nare invited all people in Yalimo Regency to actively participate in maintaining peace and order so that the implementation of the Regional Elections can run smoothly and peacefully.
Musa Nare emphasized that all components of society in Yalimo Regency must unite in supporting the implementation of the Regional Elections. He considered security stability very important to maintain a conducive atmosphere during the voting process until the vote counting is complete.
“We invite the people of Yalimo Regency to continue to maintain peace and order. All parties, both security forces and the community, must work together for the success of the 2024 Regional Elections that are safe and peaceful,” said Musa Nare when met at his residence.
The Head of the Elelim Tribe also reminded the public not to be easily provoked by issues that could worsen the atmosphere. He requested that all information circulating be checked for its truth before being accepted or disseminated.
“It is important for all of us to be aware of news or information that can divide us. Let’s create a Pilkada that is full of peace and a sense of unity,” said Musa.
Furthermore, Musa Nare revealed that the active role of the community is very important in determining the success of the Pilkada, not only in maintaining order, but also in supporting all stages of the Pilkada so that it runs orderly and safely.
“This Pilkada is our democratic party together. Therefore, let’s make sure that this process runs smoothly, without any disturbances that can threaten security,” added Musa.
Musa Nare hopes that collaboration between the community, traditional leaders, and security forces can create a conducive atmosphere, and ensure that the 2024 Pilkada in Yalimo Regency runs successfully and produces leaders who can bring positive change to society.
