Sinak – Personnel from the Cartenz 2026 Peace Operation Action Task Force and the Law Enforcement Task Force conducted tactical patrols in the Sinak District of Puncak Regency on Thursday afternoon (April 9, 2026), as part of their efforts to maintain security and ensure the safe and smooth running of community activities.
The activities, centered at the TNI/Rajawali 2 142 Tagalame Post, involved traversing challenging terrain, from rocky streams to steep slopes. The challenging geographical conditions did not deter personnel from reaching areas deemed vulnerable.
In the field, personnel were seen assisting each other while crossing fast-flowing rivers and moving cautiously on rocky paths. This unity and preparedness are crucial to ensuring the safe and effective conduct of patrols.
In addition to focusing on security and law enforcement, personnel also prioritized a communicative approach with the community. During the patrol, officers engaged in direct dialogue with residents to convey public order and security advice.
The presence of officers amidst community activities received a positive response. The public welcomed the patrols, particularly because they facilitated open communication and provided a sense of security in carrying out their daily activities.
The Head of Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Inspector General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., stated that the patrols were part of efforts to maintain security and ensure that the state’s presence was felt directly by the community.
“We are carrying out these patrols as a form of state presence to provide a sense of security and ensure the situation remains conducive in the operational area,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Senior Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., emphasized that synergy between personnel in the field continues to be strengthened to support optimal task implementation.
“The implementation of these patrols is part of efforts to maintain security stability and ensure that every law enforcement step is carried out professionally and measurably,” he said.
Through routine patrols conducted with a persuasive and adaptive approach to local conditions, it is hoped that the security situation in Sinak District will be maintained and public trust in the presence of officers in the field will be further strengthened.
