Sinak — The Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force 2026 continues to prioritize a human-centered approach in maintaining security stability in Central Papua. On Sunday (March 29, 2026), personnel conducted tactical patrols around Gigobak Village, Sinak District, while also securing religious services to ensure that the community could carry out their activities safely and comfortably.
The activity, which began at 09:00 WIT, is part of the Indonesian National Police’s effort to ensure a visible state presence within communities, particularly in operational areas. In addition to patrols, personnel also secured vital objects and engaged in direct communication with local residents to foster a harmonious relationship.
During the operation, the situation remained stable, with community activities, including worship, taking place without disruption. Residents expressed a greater sense of calm as they carried out their daily routines.
Head of Damai Cartenz Operation 2026, Inspector General of Police Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., emphasized that a humanistic approach is central to every operation in the field.
“The Police are present not only to maintain security, but also to provide a sense of comfort and build public trust. These patrols and the safeguarding of religious activities reflect our commitment to protecting all members of the community through a human-centered approach,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Operation, Senior Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., added that patrol activities will continue to be carried out consistently to maintain security stability.
“We ensure that all community activities, including religious services, can take place safely. The presence of our personnel also serves to strengthen the relationship between the Police and the community,” he explained.
Through regular and measured tactical patrols, the Damai Cartenz Task Force 2026 remains committed to maintaining public order and security while reinforcing a sense of safety through an approach that emphasizes humanity.
