Paniai- The Head of KINGMI Klasis Weya Enarotali, Rev. Yunus Yogi, emphasized the importance of maintaining security stability ahead of the simultaneous Pilkada to be held on November 27, 2024. In his statement, Rev. Yunus appealed to all people in Paniai Regency to play an active role in creating a peaceful and conducive atmosphere until all stages of the Pilkada are completed.
“We invite all people, especially in the Paniai Regency area, to jointly maintain peace and security during the Pilkada process. This is a shared responsibility,” said Rev. Yunus in his recent statement.
Rev. Yunus emphasized that the church and the congregation in the Klasis Weya Enarotali area fully support the implementation of the Pilkada so that it runs smoothly and peacefully. He hopes that the entire Pilkada process, from the campaign to the vote counting, can take place in an orderly manner and produce the best leader for the community.
“Active participation from all parties, especially the community, is very important to create a conducive atmosphere. This shows that we together support the realization of security and comfort in our region,” he added.
In addition, Rev. Yunus also reminded the public to be wiser in responding to circulating information. He emphasized the importance of avoiding fake news or issues that can trigger divisions in society.
“Don’t be easily influenced by news or issues that have unclear sources. We must remain united and maintain peace together,” said Rev. Yunus.
In his message, he also emphasized the importance of close collaboration between the community, religious leaders, and security forces. According to him, this cooperation is the main key to ensuring a peaceful atmosphere during the Pilkada process.
