This commitment was demonstrated through his participation in the National Technical Guidance (Bimtek) Program organized by the Indonesian Association of Deputy Regional Heads (ASWAKADA), held in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, from November 4 to 6, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The national event provided a strategic platform for deputy regional heads from across Indonesia to broaden their knowledge, exchange experiences, and deepen their understanding of regional governance amid evolving government policies and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through the ASWAKADA forum, the Deputy Regent of Lanny Jaya hopes to strengthen communication and collaboration among regional governments, particularly in supporting the implementation of the duties and responsibilities of regional heads and their deputies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Effective coordination, he emphasized, is one of the key factors in establishing efficient, harmonious, and responsive governance that can address the needs and expectations of the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to serving as a platform for knowledge sharing, the event also offered participants an opportunity to learn from various regional governance practices that can be adapted to the specific conditions and priorities of their respective regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fredi Ginia Tabuni expressed his hope that the knowledge and experience gained through the program would serve as valuable resources in supporting the improvement of government performance in Lanny Jaya Regency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
