JAYAPURA \u2013 The Jayapura City Government continues to promote capacity building among Indigenous Papuan (OAP) small and medium-scale industry (IKM) players through training programs aimed at strengthening their business skills and competitiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training is part of the local government’s efforts to provide guidance and support to Indigenous Papuan IKM players, enabling them to develop their businesses more independently while improving the quality of their products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Jayapura City Government considers strengthening the skills and knowledge of business owners an important step in supporting the growth of the small-scale industrial sector in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through the training, IKM players are expected to improve their ability to manage their businesses, develop products, and identify market opportunities that can support the sustainability of their enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to developing human resource capacity, the program is also expected to strengthen the role of Indigenous Papuan IKM players in driving economic activity among communities in Jayapura City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
