Fakhiri, reaffirmed his commitment to securing sponsorship support for Persipura Jayapura, ensuring that the pride of Papuan football continues to compete in the national arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his statement in Jayapura on Sunday (October 19), Fakhiri emphasized that Persipura represents more than just sports\u2014it is a symbol of unity, fighting spirit, and the identity of the Papuan people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe regional government will strive to find sponsorship partners so that Persipura can continue to run well and once again demonstrate its achievements at the national level,\u201d Fakhiri said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He explained that efforts to attract sponsors will involve collaboration with various parties, including private companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and businesses operating in Papua. The initiative will also be presented to the central government as part of efforts to ensure sustainable sports development in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fakhiri noted that sufficient financial support is crucial to maintaining the existence of the team known as the Black Pearl. Beyond its sporting achievements, Persipura also plays an important role in inspiring and motivating Papua\u2019s young generation to pursue excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPersipura is our shared pride.
