He stressed the importance of upholding the law and respecting the Constitutional Court as the highest authority with the final say on election disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLet us safeguard peace in Papua. Do not be easily provoked, do not fall into division, and avoid any acts of violence in responding to the Constitutional Court\u2019s ruling,\u201d Otniel said on Tuesday (Sept. 16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also urged candidates, campaign teams, and supporting political parties to set an example by accepting the Court\u2019s decision. Furthermore, Otniel expressed hope that political elites would guide their supporters to remain calm and not be swayed by negative narratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe governor who is elected will serve as a leader for all Papuans.
