In point 6 of the ruling, the Court ordered that the re-vote must be completed within 180 days of the decision and that the results should simply be announced by the KPU without the need for further submission to the Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cBased on that Constitutional Court ruling, the KPU Papua\u2019s declaration of MARI-YO\u2019s victory is valid, final, and binding.
