This crucial stage has been taking place at the District Election Committee (PPD) level since August 6, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his statement in Jayapura on Friday (August 8, 2025), Bani Tabuni emphasized the importance of a peaceful atmosphere to ensure the smooth progress of democracy. <em>\u201cEverything must remain safe and orderly, there should be no clashes of any kind,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also urged residents not to be easily provoked by issues that could spark unrest. According to him, whoever is elected will be a leader for all Papuans. <em>\u201cWhoever is chosen will be our governor and deputy governor in Papua,\u201d<\/em> he affirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bani encouraged the community to accept the election results with an open heart and avoid any form of disturbance, especially in Jayapura, the provincial capital.
