Jayapura, May 2, 2025 \u2014 Brigadier Victor Merani from the Public Relations Task Force of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025 visited residents of Enggros Village, South Jayapura District, on Friday (May 2) as part of efforts to strengthen ties between the police and the local community. This visit was part of the routine agenda of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, which prioritizes a persuasive and community-based approach, especially in areas considered vulnerable or in need of greater attention regarding security and public order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the occasion, Brigadier Victor encouraged residents to maintain a peaceful and secure environment in their village. He delivered public safety messages in a relaxed, informal setting while chatting with residents along the shores of Enggros Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe\u2019re not here just as officers, but as members of the community. We all share the same responsibility to keep this village safe and comfortable,\u201d said Brigadier Victor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
