The approach was simple: show up, greet, and listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This visit was part of the routine agenda of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, which prioritizes a persuasive and community-based approach, especially in areas considered vulnerable or in need of greater attention regarding security and public order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion, Brigadier Victor encouraged residents to maintain a peaceful and secure environment in their village. He delivered public safety messages in a relaxed, informal setting while chatting with residents along the shores of Enggros Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re not here just as officers, but as members of the community. We all share the same responsibility to keep this village safe and comfortable,\u201d said Brigadier Victor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The police presence was warmly welcomed by the residents. The meeting was informal and friendly, filled with light conversation and story-sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2025, Police Brigadier General Dr. Faizal Ramadhani, explained that such initiatives are part of a strategy to build closer and more sincere relationships with communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDialogue-based engagement is our way of building trust.
