He emphasized that such measures have significantly slowed down essential development efforts in South Papua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSouth Papua is a newly formed province and still in need of full support, not budget cuts. We need clear technical guidance to implement efficiency without halting our fundamental development,\u201d Paskalis stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key infrastructure projects such as the South Papua People\u2019s Assembly (MRP) building, the Regional House of Representatives (DPRP), and the governor\u2019s office remain incomplete due to funding constraints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Deputy Governor was accompanied by the Head of the Provincial Planning, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida), Ulmi Listianingsih Wayeni.
