This process is part of the local government\u2019s efforts to ensure that employees\u2019 rights are fulfilled in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the established rules, the THR should be paid 15 days before the holiday. However, the payment process in Mimika could only begin after the receipt of a new circular letter and updated technical guidelines (juknis). Marthen Mallisa, Head of BPKAD, explained that the issuance of the new technical guidelines regarding the THR calculation for 2025 has necessitated an adjustment in the payment schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although there has been a delay compared to the standard provisions, the allocation of funds amounting to around Rp11 billion demonstrates the region\u2019s readiness and commitment to fulfilling its obligations.
