Puncak Jaya – The learning spirit of students in Mewoluk District, Puncak Jaya Regency, received support through social service activities carried out by Operation Peace Cartenz-2026 Police personnel of the Puncak Jaya Sector at One Roof Mewoluk Junior High School, Monday (9/28/2026).
The activity led by Dansektor Puncak Jaya, AKP I Putu Wardana, S.H., became one of the forms of personnel presence in the community through an approach that prioritizes communication, care, and support for the needs of the community, especially in the field of education.
In that activity, Task Force personnel handed over a number of school supplies to the students, in the form of school bags, books, stationery, rulers, and ballpoint pens. The assistance is expected to support the learning needs as well as increase the enthusiasm of the students in participating in educational activities.
The Head of SMP Satu Atap Mewoluk, Yenas Gire, S.Pd., M.M., expressed his appreciation for the attention and assistance given to the students. According to him, the school supplies are part of the needs that can help support children’s learning activities at school.
“We as the school would like to thank Damai Cartenz for helping our students with school supplies such as rulers and ballpoint pens. We are very grateful for the attention and help given,” said Yenas Gire.
He also hopes that support for the needs of students can continue, especially for school supplies that are still needed by students.
“For the future, if there are still shortcomings of our children, such as shoes or other school attributes, we hope to continue to receive attention and assistance. Thank you to the Commander and all the personnel who have helped us,” he continued.
In addition to the submission of school supplies, the students also received basic line-in-line materials delivered by Task Force personnel. The activity takes place interactively and provides space for students to interact directly with personnel.
Head of Operation Peace Cartenz 2026, Inspector General of Police. Faizal Ramadhani, S.Sos., S.I.K., M.H., said that social activities that directly touch the needs of the community are part of the efforts to build good communication and relationships with the community in the Papua region.
“Through activities like this, we want the presence of the Cartenz Peace Police Operation to be able to provide benefits that are directly felt by the community. Education is an important part in building the future of Papua, so support for school children is one of the forms of concern that we continue to encourage,” said Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2026.
Meanwhile, Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz Chief Commissioner of Police Adarma Sinaga, S.I.K., M.Hum., said that interaction with students becomes a space to grow positive communication and strengthen the relationship between personnel and the community.
“Children are an important part of Papua’s future. Therefore, a positive interaction space such as joint activities at school needs to continue to be built, so that they can learn, develop, and have the spirit to achieve their dreams,” said Deputy Head of Operation Peace Cartenz-2026.
The social service activity becomes one of the interaction spaces between the personnel of the Cartenz-2026 Peace Police Operation and the community through support for education. The presence of personnel in the school environment is expected to open closer communication and provide benefits for students and the school.
